Part of my goal for 2010 is to return to my former reading habits where I separated myself from my children at night to have time to destress after homework help, dinner and all the usual household daily chores and errands. I used to do this years ago after being diagnosed with anxiety and told to take time out for myself every day. I would spend two hours reading before falling asleep. Somewhere along the line, I got out of the habit.
This year, I plan to return to my former habit of reading every day. I plan to start that back up and share what I'm reading. Starting January 1st, I'll be posting about my daily reading, whether I've completed the book or not.
